Membership Activation & Payments
Your membership begins on the date of your first payment.
Payment is taken monthly in advance, on the same date each month, using the card stored in your BSport account.
This membership requires a minimum 12-month commitment.
After the initial 12 months, you may cancel at any time with 31 days’ written notice by emailing reception@atelierpilates.co.uk.
No refunds—full or partial—will be provided.
Pausing & Failed Payments
Memberships cannot be paused or frozen during the minimum term.
If a payment fails, your membership will be paused until the payment is successfully processed.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
All cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the start of class.
Members: after 3 late cancellations or no-shows within a 6-month period, a £5 fee will be charged for every subsequent late cancel or no-show during that 6-month cycle.
Fees are charged automatically to the card on file.
General
This membership cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or promotions.
