Monthly Unlimited Membership

Membership Activation & Payments

·       Your membership begins on the date of your first payment.

·       Payment is taken monthly in advance, on the same date each month, using the card stored in your BSport account.

·       This membership requires a minimum 12-month commitment.

·       After the initial 12 months, you may cancel at any time with 31 days’ written notice by emailing reception@atelierpilates.co.uk.

·       No refunds—full or partial—will be provided.

Pausing & Failed Payments

·       Memberships cannot be paused or frozen during the minimum term.

·       If a payment fails, your membership will be paused until the payment is successfully processed.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

·       All cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the start of class.

·       Members: after 3 late cancellations or no-shows within a 6-month period, a £5 fee will be charged for every subsequent late cancel or no-show during that 6-month cycle.

·       Fees are charged automatically to the card on file.

General

·       This membership cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or promotions.
